Colour Crush supports UK delivery for customised gifts. Most single-item orders are prepared for dispatch within 2 to 5 business days after design confirmation. Bulk, event, urgent, or highly customised orders may need extra time depending on quantity, courier availability, and artwork approval.

UK orders are printed to order through UK fulfilment suppliers on Printify. Colour Crush Co coordinates your design and order support from Pakistan.
- We confirm custom design details before production.
- Some items in a mixed order may be produced and delivered separately. Contact Colour Crush support with your order number if you need help.

Dispatch and arrival are different
Standard estimate: 5-12 business days after design confirmation for most single-item orders. Includes 2-5 business days to prepare and 3-7 for standard transit. Dates depend on the item and destination; ask us before ordering for an event deadline.
- Dispatch means your order is ready to leave; allow transit time after that.
- The estimate starts after custom design confirmation, rather than while artwork or names are still being checked.
- Bulk, complex or separately fulfilled items can take longer. Confirm a birthday or event deadline with support before placing the order.

Delivery charges and order totals
Standard delivery £5, charged once per order however many items it contains. Delivery methods and the full total are shown again at checkout before the order is placed. Colour Crush does not add subscription or membership fees to normal product orders.
