Customer artwork responsibility

Customers must own or have permission to use any artwork, photos, logos, names, quotes, or text submitted for customization.

  • Do not upload copyrighted, counterfeit, adult, tobacco, drug, weapon, hate, or political campaign artwork
  • Colour Crush may refuse or cancel requests that appear unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable
  • Customers are responsible for final spellings, dates, names, and approved wording

Prices, payment, and delivery

Product prices are shown in PKR. Cash on delivery or manual bank transfer may be available for eligible Pakistan orders. Delivery timing depends on design confirmation, product type, quantity, city, and courier availability.

  • Most single-item orders are prepared for dispatch within 2 to 5 business days after design confirmation
  • Bulk, event, and urgent orders may need extra confirmation
  • Customers should provide a complete address and reachable phone number

Returns and order issues

Personalized items are made for a specific customer, so preference-based returns are not accepted after production starts. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Replacement, correction, or exchange options depend on the reviewed case
